Innaugural Passport to Possibility Gala 2024

Trusted Gives’ first annual fundraising gala — a journey around the world in support of our community.

On March 12, 2024, Trusted Gives hosted its inaugural Passport to Possibility Gala, launching what would become the organization’s signature annual fundraising event.

From its very first year, the gala embraced the spirit of global discovery and generosity that continues to define it today: an invitation for guests to embark on a journey around the world, unlocking the possibilities that emerge when compassionate minds and benevolent organizations come together for the betterment of our community. The inaugural event transformed its setting into five distinct global havens, representing France, India, Ireland, Italy, and Japan, each brought to life through immersive décor, cultural touches, and station-style cuisine and drinks inspired by each country. Guests moved from room to room as if crossing borders, enjoying an open bar and a dynamic, celebratory atmosphere designed to foster connection and goodwill among attendees.

The gala took place at The Buffalo Club, one of Western New York’s most storied venues. Founded in 1867 by Millard Fillmore and 92 fellow Buffalo citizens, the Club has grown alongside the city itself into a nationally recognized Platinum Club of America and Platinum Club of the World. Its elegant, historic setting provided a fitting backdrop for an evening centered on bringing people together in service of something larger than themselves.

That first Passport to Possibility Gala set the tone for everything Trusted Gives would build in the years to follow, establishing a tradition of generosity, connection, and global celebration in support of our local community.
