Step into a winter wonderland at the first-ever Apres Ski Fundraiser at Rec Room Buffalo, where ski lodge charm meets a night of giving back. For one unforgettable evening, Rec Room transformed into an Alpine escape, complete with cozy decor, a crackling faux fireplace, and just enough snow-day spirit to make guests forget they were still in Buffalo. Every ticket sold and every dollar raised went directly to supporting Trusted Gives and its mission of strengthening our community.

From 7 to 11 PM, guests indulged in apres-ski staples like warm fondue, hot cider, and hot chocolate, alongside signature cocktails crafted for the occasion. The night’s standout features — a Red Bull ice luge, private karaoke, and plenty of photo-worthy backdrops — kept the energy high and the laughter louder. Whether mingling by the fireplace or dancing the night away, guests found a hundred small reasons to fall in love with the evening.

Rec Room itself set the perfect stage. Known throughout Buffalo as a vibrant gathering spot for food, drinks, and unforgettable nights out, Rec Room has long been a champion of local causes, and its owner, Chris Ring, serves proudly on the Trusted Gives Board of Directors. That spirit of community partnership made the inaugural Apres Ski Fundraiser feel less like a typical night out and more like neighbors coming together for something bigger.

As Trusted Gives’ first Apres Ski event, 2025 set the tone for what would become an annual tradition: a night of warmth, generosity, and winter charm, proving that doing good can also mean doing it in style.
